This dual-scale project focused on capturing the essence and functionality of a Georgian Bath townhouse, serving as both a planning and presentation tool for the client. The 1:100 scale model featured a sectional design, showcasing not only the intricate facade but also the interior layout. The inclusion of two interchangeable basement extension options at the rear allowed the model to effectively illustrate design flexibility. This was critical in helping stakeholders, including planning authorities, visualize the proposed changes and understand the project’s impact on the existing structure and surrounding area.

The 1:50 scale model was created as a facade-only representation, emphasizing the townhouse's iconic Georgian architecture.
